Description

The L150-30F High Limit Switch is a critical safety component designed for HVAC systems, furnaces, and commercial heating units. Functioning as a fan disc thermostat, this bimetal control switch monitors the internal temperature of your heating equipment to prevent overheating. If the unit reaches the preset temperature of 150°F, the switch automatically opens to break the electrical circuit, protecting the heat exchanger and surrounding components from heat damage. Once the system cools down by the 30°F differential (resetting at 120°F), the switch closes to resume normal operation. This reliable replacement part is essential for maintaining furnace safety, ensuring proper blower motor control, and extending the lifespan of your HVAC equipment.
