Refund Policy

All parts are final sale. Due to the complex nature of diagnostics, we will make every effort to maintain accuracy in shipping the correct part(s), however, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure which part is required. We guarantee only new parts will be shipped. Should we have sent the incorrect item from what you ordered, in error, we will ship to the buyer the correct part and cover the return shipping costs of the wrong part.


Please ensure you received the correct part(s) prior to opening or attempting to install the part(s).


Sorry but we cannot accept returns on any electrical/electrical related parts.


Cancellations can only be done over the phone within 4 hours of purchase to avoid the 25% cancellation or restocking fee. If your item(s) ordered has already been marked as "shipped" or marked as "waiting on shipment" at any time after you placed your order, you will have to pay the restocking and/or cancellation fee of 25%.


Any damage to a part must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any reported damage after this period will be subject to manufacturer's warranty approval only. In this case part must be returned to manufacturer at your own cost and no replacement will be sent out until warranty has been approved. If you require a replacement part immediately, the part will have to be re-ordered and paid for again by the consumer and credit will be issued once warranty is approved.
