The Valor Mertek Maxitrol Remote Receiver is a vital electrical control component designed for modern gas fireplaces and hearth inserts. This receiver acts as the central communication hub, translating wireless signals from your handheld transmitter into mechanical actions for the gas valve. It enables convenient features such as remote ignition, flame height adjustment, and thermostatic control. If your fireplace is unresponsive to remote commands or experiencing intermittent connectivity, replacing the receiver box can restore full functionality and reliable operation. Engineered for high-temperature environments, this replacement part ensures your heating system operates safely and efficiently with the touch of a button.
