Furnace Parts DIY is the online parts store of BC Furnace & Air Conditioning Ltd. Orders ship from our warehouse at 75 Blue Mountain St #3, Coquitlam, BC V3K 0A7, Canada.

Processing time
In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday). If a part needs to be ordered in, we will contact you with an expected ship date before it goes out.

Shipping within Canada
- Standard (3–9 business days): $17.90
- Expedited (2–5 business days): $23.90
- Express (1–2 business days): $49.90

Shipping to the United States
- Standard International (4–8 business days): $29.90
- Expedited International (3–6 business days): $34.90
- Express International (2–3 business days): $69.90

Other countries
We ship internationally with Canada Post. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes may apply; where available they are shown and collected at checkout, otherwise they are payable by the recipient on delivery.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships and are not guaranteed.

Local pickup
Customers in Greater Vancouver can pick up orders for free at our Coquitlam warehouse, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and wait for your "ready for pickup" email before coming in.

Damaged or missing parcels
Please inspect your parcel when it arrives. Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery, with photos of the box and the part, so we can file a claim with the carrier. See our Refund Policy for returns.
