This premium 1/2-inch disc limit switch serves as a critical safety component for HVAC systems and forced-air furnaces. Functioning as a high-limit control, this thermal switch monitors internal equipment temperatures to prevent overheating. When the temperature exceeds the safety threshold of 250°F, the switch automatically opens the circuit to shut down the heat source. Designed with a convenient auto-reset feature, the switch will re-close and restore operation once the system cools down by 30°F. This durable replacement part is essential for maintaining the safe and efficient operation of residential heating units, air handlers, and space heaters.
Our team is happy to help you verify compatibility before you order. We'll confirm it fits your specific furnace model.
