This high-performance low pressure control switch is a critical safety component designed for HVAC systems and air handling units. Often referred to as an air proving switch, it monitors internal system pressure to ensure safe and efficient operation. When air pressure falls below the required threshold, this switch interrupts the electrical circuit to protect vital components like the compressor from damage due to low refrigerant levels or restricted airflow. Engineered for reliability and precision, this replacement pressure sensor is essential for maintaining the longevity and performance of commercial and residential climate control systems. Whether you are troubleshooting a cooling cycle issue or performing routine maintenance, this durable air pressure switch provides the accurate detection needed for optimal system safety.
Our team is happy to help you verify compatibility before you order. We'll confirm it fits your specific furnace model.
